Return Process

  Carefully place the items back into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and maintain their premium quality.

  Label and Post

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
